Where we ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom. Free shipping on every order — no minimum, no code needed.

Why does it take longer than Amazon?

We're not a warehouse reseller. Every item is sourced directly and individually quality-checked before it ships. This takes a few extra days, but it means you get exactly what you ordered — inspected, packed properly, and at a fraction of the high-street price.

Order tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with your tracking number once it's dispatched. Tracking updates may take 2–3 days to appear after dispatch — this is completely normal.

My tracking hasn't updated

International shipments sometimes show no movement for a few days while in transit between hubs. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, email us at sofiascarponi007@gmail.com and we'll chase it down for you within 24 hours.

What if I’m not happy with the delivery time?

If your order is taking longer than you expected and you’re not satisfied with the shipping time, just email us at sofiascarponi007@gmail.com and we’ll issue a full refund right away.

No questions asked, and you don’t need to wait for your package to arrive.
If your package arrives after you’ve been refunded, we kindly ask you to send it back to us.

Customs & import duties

UK orders should not incur customs charges. In the unlikely event that you are charged, email us with your receipt and we'll sort it out.
